Tokyo Employment Consultation Center(TECC) is established to support entrepreneurs and business growth of startups and newly-formed companies by providing a free consultation from a team of professionals including Lawyers and Labor and Social Security Attorneys with extensive experience in the area of labor management.
They will give advices by using employment guidelines
which clarifying employment rules and regulation, to help prevent individual labor-related disputes.
Isao Ohashi
Small and Medium Enterprise Consultant
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo, he worked in the financial sector and is currently employed in the telecommunications industry. He completed his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. As a certified SME management consultant, he is involved in supporting subsidy applications, writing, and giving lectures in fields such as business strategy, financial analysis, and SDGs.
The Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center unifies the procedures that foreign companies and start-ups need to complete to establish a business. This is a first for our country. Through personalized service provided by staff knowledgeable in administrative procedures and experts, the center helps to facilitate the prompt completion of various filing procedures required when starting a business, including those for certification of articles of incorporation, company registration and notification of incorporation, taxes, social security, and immigration. Furthermore, to meet the needs of companies, the center also offers support for electronic applications as well as interpretation and translation services in several languages.
